How To Get What You Itent To Create

Lately, I discovered that when I want something too much, the results are not in my favour. I make changes all the time, that’s when my Facebook campaigns lose traction. I experience a lack of money. I get stressed and I feel unfulfilled. This happens to me very often. But luckily I found a way out of here.

That’s why I was so happy to discover “The Power Of Intention” by Wayne Dyer. Being more relaxed in the things I do and living by Intent are things I really long for.

To give a glimpse of what Wayne Dyer means by Intent, I give you the 7 faces of Intention:

1) Be creative: staying creative means giving form to your personal intentions. In my case, this means being of service to others

2) Be kind: be kind to yourself, be kind towards others, be kind towards all living beings. All on earth is meant to thrive.

3) Be love: you are born out of love, you have to be love to align with Intent.

4) Be beauty: if you awaken to your true nature. You will see the beauty in everything you see, hear and touch. Beaty is what you are.

5) Be ever-expansive: the Universe that you are part of is ever-expanding and growing and so are you meant to be.

6) Be abundant: giving and receiving are part of the same whole. If you give you will receive and this is how abundance comes into being. Furthermore: there is no scarcity in the Universal mind of Spirit.

7) Be receptive: stay connected and be sure that you will receive everything the Universe is capable of giving.

All these concepts are building blocks for an abundant life and just a tiny bit of what this audiobook has to offer.

How to Stop Putting Things Off And Start Getting Stuff Done

To be honest even while writing this blog post I am procrastinating. Not willing to cope with the fear that I write the wrong words, or can’t write at all. Thinking of it there’s no logic at stake. As a result, I have to finish this piece on a Sunday evening. And during the day, it gives me a bad feeling. Why didn’t I do it this morning?, I keep repeating.

That’s an important thing to notice: procrastination is not logic. Procrastination is also not being lazy. Dr Fuschia Sirois (professor of psychology at the University of Sheffield) says it is all about avoiding unpleasant emotions. The solution lies not in trying to manage your productiveness. But in learning to cope with negative emotions.

So we procrastinate to avoid negative feelings. We end up feeling even worse:

We see our future selves as strangers, which means that a future task is not our problem.

Utterly simplified there are two types of procrastination: short term and long term. Short term procrastination have a deadline e.a. writing a paper, doing the dishes, filling in your taxes.  Long term procrastination doesn’t have one: Build your own business (here’s how I created my digital business); Start dating for real; Finally begin with losing weight. If you take this into consideration everyone is a procrastinator.

4 ideas to be more positive in life

Lately, I noticed that I was thinking negatively more often. It could be that it is because of my business running less smoothly or because I don’t get the results I had in mind. The fact is that I put out messages that are not resonating with who I Am. I want to be someone who sees the sunny sides of things. So I started looking on YouTube and came across a video from Tony Robbins about positive thinking. He tells that the experience of being on a 7-days mental diet changed his life forever. The four points that hit me the most:

1)Make from your positive thinking a habit: the moment you catch yourself thinking negatively about a situation, think about what this situation teaches you.

2)Be curious instead of judgmental: if you are curious about someone you can see him in a different light. Maybe someone has a difficult day when he’s not greeting you with enthusiasm.

3)Make giving compliments into a habit. It will help you to see the positive in people. And as a result also into yourself.

4) Be good but don’t be perfect. If you want to be perfect the chance of failing is immense. So set your standards a little bit lower. you will succeed more and it will create a positive feeling about yourself.

So what I will do. The following 7-days I go on a mental diet. I will do the best I can to create a positive mindset. The first step in that direction is that I want to be thankful that I found the FREE Video Series that got me on the path of self-development. Feel free to watch them too. You won’t regret it. To finish I want to give you an affirmation that helps me the most: every day in every way I’m getting better and better.

5) Now it’s time to express your idea, share it with the world. Other people can help to make your wish come true.

6) To go in more detail it is good to do research, this gives you a clearer idea of the dos and don’ts.

7) No idea without a plan. To know which steps you have to make is an essential part of wish-creation. Every step brings you closer to your wish come true.

8) To start is to decide that you want to make your wish reality.

9) Now you can start to act, that is the real work, you can make it happen.

10) No-one ever said it’s gonna be easy, that’s why you have to persevere, only then you will bring it to the end.

11) You have brought your wish into the world, now you can pick the fruits of it and receive the reward.

12) The last but not least step is the appreciation of the work you’ve done. It is an often neglected but necessary step. Think about the Champaign sports winners open after winning a sports game, it keeps them running for the next game.
